Production scheduling is not an exact science, however, in most instances, your books will be dispatched within 10-15 working days. However, in some instances it can take longer.

Delays occur when artwork changes are required, hard copy proofs are requested, or if you have chosen a book size or orientation which requires the services of an external print provider. This can add an additional 5 working days to the delivery time frame.

Other issues such as peak periods, which include, end of financial year, end of School term, and end of Year books and Diaries for the New Year.
