At The Book Printing Company, all orders are custom printed to the specifications supplied by the purchaser. Because each order is made to order, refunds are not available for change of mind, ordering errors, artwork errors, spelling mistakes, incorrect quantities, incorrect book specifications, or other errors made by the purchaser.
Orders may be cancelled before production has commenced. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as materials, printing, labour, and production time have already been allocated to the order.
The purchaser is responsible for checking and approving all files, proofs, specifications, quantities, delivery details, and order information before production begins. The Book Printing Company is not responsible for errors supplied or approved by the purchaser.
If The Book Printing Company makes an error in the production of an order, we will replace the affected item or order at our cost. This may include errors such as incorrect printing, binding, trimming, or production faults that differ from the approved order specifications.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights the purchaser may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the nature of the issue.
