Please note that your book size must match your document. If your document is for example A4 or US letter and you want a 5 x 8 inch book, you must resize your document before proceeding. Resizing your document will change the number of pages in your document and your cover specifications.
Please note that the number of internal pages in your book MUST be multiples of 4. eg. 4, 8, 12, 16 etc.
