The Book Printing Company ships orders using Australia Post and/or other suitable freight providers where required. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier processing times, and circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping provider. The Book Printing Company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, incorrect delivery details supplied by the purchaser, missed deliveries, or other circumstances outside our control.

All shipped orders are covered by shipping insurance where applicable. If an order is damaged in transit by Australia Post or another carrier, the damage is covered through the shipping insurance process. Customers must notify The Book Printing Company as soon as possible after receiving a damaged parcel and provide clear photos of the packaging, damage, and affected items so that a claim can be assessed.

Where transit damage is confirmed and covered by insurance, The Book Printing Company will arrange a suitable remedy, which may include replacement of the damaged goods. Australia Post generally includes compensation for loss or damage on many services, with Extra Cover available for higher-value parcels.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of order. The Book Printing Company is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address where the purchaser supplied incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Again, this shipping policy does not exclude any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
