Recommended setup
- Interiors: 80–120 gsm uncoated for text; 113–148 gsm matte coated for colour-heavy pages
- Covers: 300–350 gsm with matte or gloss cello; optional flaps on perfect bound
- Keep sizes standard (A5 / 6×9 / A4) for best unit costs

- Perfect bound softcover (PUR/EVA) — best value for most POD runs
